  • We accept logos, text, and images in high-resolution format (JPG, PNG, PDF, or AI).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any images, logos, or content submitted.

2. Order & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your custom order.
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.
  • Minimum order quantity may apply, as stated on the product page.

3. Production & Delivery
